      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, facilitate, and lead user research activities across various projects
      - Lead multidisciplinary teams and clients to achieve inclusive and effective research outcomes
      - Support and manage the user research team, including overseeing appraisals and professional development
      - Define and refine user research practices to enhance the delivery of inclusive design
      - Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and assist with proposals and project pitches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Significant experience in delivering user research projects within multidisciplinary teams
      - Proven ability to conduct ethical and inclusive user research, identifying and accommodating accessibility needs
      - Experience planning and conducting research activities aligned with GDS service standards
      - Strong skills in qualitative analysis and synthesis, producing user journeys and user needs
      - Excellent written communication skills to share findings effectively with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in service design thinking and outcomes
      - Strong facilitation skills for various user research sessions, including usability testing and co-analysis
      - Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and guide clients towards positive outcomes
