      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate research insights that guide UX vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals
      - Advocate for user-centered design practices across various leadership levels
      - Identify research opportunities based on business goals and key performance indicators
      - Plan and lead strategic research while providing guidance on evaluative studies
      - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, or related field
      - Six or more years of relevant experience in User Experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Mastery in mixed UX research methodologies such as usability testing and competitive analysis
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting research findings
      - Ability to engage and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in using UX research tools such as UserTesting/Userzoom, Qualtrics, or Dovetail
      - Experience in creating Customer Experience (CX) artifacts such as customer journey maps and personas
      - Understanding of trends in the supplemental insurance industry
