What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for communicating with outside collection vendors, cardmembers, and other internal departments to ensure compliance of profit and loss controls
- Perform administrative duties, including receiving and processing outgoing mail, maintaining and managing personal production records, reconciling transmissions and inventory, and maintaining accurate records
- Process account closures as required and maintain and process miscellaneous reports
- Support all team, department, and company initiatives and business strategies
- Train new hires and maintain personal production reports and data
- Provide customer service to incoming vendor and/or cardmember calls and emails and perform necessary account research
- Maintain and monitor inventory places with external vendors for collections, including reconciling active inventory, working closures, handling verification of placements and recalls, reviewing accounts for manual movement, reviewing account for statute of limitations, processing inbound updates, and troubleshooting vendor inventory issues/concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- 1+ years of lending experience
