What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers across various specialties and account types
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to encourage customer action on behalf of their patients
- Create territory business plans that drive product demand and meet the needs of key partners
- Deliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions to support patient care decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and improve service delivery to providers and patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device roles
- Candidates must reside within the specified territory
- Proven ability to fulfill fieldwork requirements, including travel and overnight stays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with healthcare providers
