  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and deliver high-quality design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables that meet project goals and user needs
  - Collaborate with team members to develop and execute project strategies, presenting design solutions to clients and stakeholders
  - Manage projects from inception to completion, including scoping tasks and managing resources effectively
  - Conduct in-depth research and analysis to create comprehensive data visualizations and client strategies
  - Support client relationship development and proactively identify opportunities for innovative design solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  - Six (6) + years of experience in a design-related field with a proven track record of exceptional client experiences
  - Bachelor's degree in a relevant design-related field such as Graphic Design or User-Experience Design
  - In-depth knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative, Figma, InVision) and UX/UI design principles
  - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across all organizational levels
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  - Proven ability to manage projects and drive change in a fast-paced environment
  - Active listening skills to build authentic relationships and understand client needs
  - Critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate needs and refine strategies
  - Willingness to travel to client sites in the DC and Baltimore metro areas
