      The Senior Warehouse Manager will be professional, creative, encouraging, and an adaptable leader who excels in a fast-paced environment. This leader must embrace and affect change, and use our associates' many talents to reach business goals. The individual will also be responsible for training and developing their team's abilities to set each individual up for success.

      Because this position has multiple reports, a collaborative, forward-thinking, and hardworking mentality is a must, as well as the ability to interact with and encourage a diverse set of experienced team members.

      The Facility:

      • Currently 1 warehouse located on one campus (80,000 sq. ft) but will eventually grow to a second location
      • Currently, direct oversight of 4 associates / 20 indirect associates
      • 3 shift facility and the ability to cover any shift as needed
      • WMS environment

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide strategic leadership for warehouses, ability to be a change agent and adopt change and development
      • Build, communicate, and affect vision for growth and improvement
      • This is an onsite position requiring direct engagement with associates on the production floor
      • Promote and drive safety daily in the workplace, crafting a safe work environment for associates
      • Increase and maintain high levels of associate engagement throughout the operation
      • Provide consistent communication to associates and counterparts
      • Drive high levels of quality in customer shipments, inventory integrity within the building
      • Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training, and providing professional development for all associates
      • Lead and oversee associates performing activities including unloading and stocking of inbound shipments, order picking, packaging, shipping of outbound orders and cycle counting.
      • Ensure high levels of cleanliness are maintained in our sites and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily and accurately
      • Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to management

      Qualifications:

      • 8+ years’ experience in distribution management leading 15+ employees in a large distribution/warehouse environment
      • Must have leadership experience in managing and developing a team, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management
      • Ability to work with people and build an environment that is positive and engaging for the associates
      • Phenomenal interactive communication skills with ability to effectively communicate to different levels of the organization
      • Previous experience working in a WMS environment with RF technology is required
      • Strong computer skills to include expertise in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
      • Experience managing a team of delivery drivers is a plus
      • Material Handling Equipment Certification
      • Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations

      Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

      This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
