What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules
- Process U.S. payroll in Workday, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors for project-related activities
- Conduct audits of payroll tax processes and recommend improvements
- Provide backup payroll support for Mexico, Brazil, Canada, and Argentina operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, with hands-on U.S. payroll processing
- Proven experience leading at least two Workday implementations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Experience with payroll tax compliance across multiple countries
- Familiarity with SOX controls and audit requirements
- Knowledge of Workday reconciliation processes
- Experience in process automation and leveraging technology for efficiency improvements
