      MISSION

      We’re looking for a bright and inquisitive SEO Account Executive to join our small but fast-growing team, where you would work on some of our most prestigious accounts for the world’s leading luxury and premium clients, with Aston Martin, Maybourne Hotel Group, Omega & Net-A-Porter to name a few!

      The Organic Search department within Verb works around a core goal of delivering outstanding organic strategies for our clients, so you’ll play a key part in delivering our vision on how we can pave the way for luxury and premium brands to become organic leaders in an exciting landscape.

      You will be joining a close-knit and personable team at various levels of expertise with a real opportunity to learn from those around you, where we prioritise clear career development and progression opportunities for all our team with a focus on developing those at Executive (entry-level) level.

      Reporting to an SEO Account Manager, this role is to support 3-4 client relationships to drive organic performance through day-to-day management and effective implementation in order to achieve client business objectives and targets.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Support your SEO Account Manager and the wider Organic Performance team to set and implement client SEO strategies that drive revenue and organic growth
      • Support client activities including: checking performance for clients regularly, flagging issues, advocating best practise and innovation towards client performance
      • Identify gaps and opportunities through keyword research to enable strategies to drive market performance through content strategies
      • Create detailed and engaging briefs for editorial and on-page content, targeting both commercial and long-tail keywords to build organic visibility
      • Ensure all produced content fits in line with the client brand guidelines and is free of grammatical errors
      • Produce monthly and quarterly SEO reports, pulling data to create insightful next steps and actions as part of long-term roadmaps
      • Support and deliver technical audits driving the subsequent recommendations for clients
      • Supporting the creative processes on your accounts through content and digital PR strategies led by the wider team
      • Investigate and produce ideas to grow Organic presence across both search and social
      • Keeping up to date with the latest SEO initiatives, technology and industry updates and applying these learnings to your work
      • Communicating progress, performance & recommendations to clients on weekly calls and monthly reports supported by senior members of the team
      • Contributing to our internal team learning sessions with developments in the industry, feeding into our ways of working and team growth

          PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

          • An individual with a keen interest and passion in digital/organic search marketing and its position within wider digital channels
          • Self-starter who is keen on taking on responsibility and ownership with a passion for problem-solving and an appetite to continually self-learn
          • A team player - the successful candidate must be able to collaborate with others and be flexible to tackle the wide range of challenges that face a busy digital team, lifting those around them with their enthusiasm and passion
          • Proven record of personal time management, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking within projects to manage day-to-day deliverables
          • Keenness to learn about the latest developments in digital and luxury
          • Solid communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients with a high level of customer service
          • A mathematical and analytical mind with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data
          • Someone with a keen eye for detail, ensuring recommendations for our client’s websites are best in class and deliver real performance improvements
          • Strong Microsoft Office / Google Drive skills which must include Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs and PowerPoint / Slides and experience in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush amongst others
