What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct deep SEO research and stay ahead of algorithm updates and AI search trends
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits for client websites and implement data-driven solutions
- Use AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to discover keyword opportunities and optimize content strategies
- Create and optimize 301 redirects, HTML/XML sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data
- Monitor and enhance site performance through website code upgrades and server optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and AI-based SEO strategies
- Proficiency in SEO crawling and auditing tools such as Screaming Frog
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with JavaScript and PHP
- Experience with rank tracking and competitive analysis tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or WebCEO
- Basic knowledge of web copywriting and web design as they relate to SEO functionality
- Passion for building and growing a startup
