      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business goals
      - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations
      - Manage the workflow of the SEO team, ensuring timely and quality completion of client work
      - Ensure effective communication and collaboration between marketing teams and other departments
      - Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance for their professional development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication skills in a client-facing role
      - Experience with search engine optimization and managing Google Ads accounts
      - Project management experience, with knowledge of project management methodology
      - Strong skills in interpersonal dynamics, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
      - Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated leadership capabilities with teams of 3 or more people
      - Experience with WordPress and/or Magento
      - Project management certifications
      - Familiarity with project management software such as Basecamp or MS Project
      - Understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, and PHP
