What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement SEO content strategies optimized for AI-driven search engines and generative search models
- Audit and enhance website performance, ensuring AI-effectiveness and mobile-first indexing
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure AI-friendly content that aligns with Natural Language Processing algorithms
- Monitor search visibility and ranking fluctuations using SEO tools, providing regular reports on organic traffic growth
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and performance trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising with 5+ years of experience in search engine optimization in a corporate environment
- Proven experience generating revenue through digital or web search content in a financial services or healthcare payer setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and HubSpot
- Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce and/or SEMrush
- Strong understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) of web content
- Proven ability to present data and recommendations effectively
- Passion for digital marketing analytics and reporting
