What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword portfolios and on-page optimization
- Manage paid search campaigns, ensuring effective execution and optimization of ads
- Oversee conversion tracking and reporting, utilizing tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Collaborate with teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates
- Ensure compliance of advertising content with regulatory and brand guidelines in life sciences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of four years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience in B2B, preferably in life sciences or medical technology
- Proven experience running structured A/B tests for landing pages
- Familiarity with Google Ads and GA4, with certifications preferred
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze data for actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog
- Proficient in HTML/CSS basics and schema implementation
- Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling advertising copy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
