Job Description

Managers - Risk Investigations set the vision, direction, and culture of their teams by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, providing individual coaching feedback sessions and weekly one-on-ones that focus on making our platforms safer to transact, improving customer satisfaction, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence, and serving as leaders and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature.
Key job responsibilities
• Should have Managed a team of 15-20 Direct reports
• Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred; equivalent and relevant work experience considered
• Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast paced work environment
• Interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills desired
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Virtual Location - AP | Virtual Location - KA | Virtual Location - TS- 4+ years of operational and/or retail management experience
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (esp. MS Excel, Word) at an advanced level- Experience with operations, risk, fraud investigations etc.
- Experience with six sigma tools and Lean techniquesAbout the company
