  Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  · Sets table with cutlery, crockery, linens and glassware as per Holt Renfrew standards.

  · Ensures all items are perfectly clean.

  · Refills all condiment holders and supplies.

  · Assists Servers in delivering orders as needed.

  · Refills water, bread etc as required.

  · Removes dishes after courses.

  · Brings used dishes, cutlery and serving plates to the cleaning station.

  · Changes linens as required.

  · Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

  The ideal candidate:

  · High School Diploma

  · 2-3 years previous experience in similar capacity

  The measures of success:

  · Clients not left waiting

  · Client feedback

  · Regular walk throughs

  · Observation

  · Random Audit
