      We are currently looking for a Service Contract Manager that will be supporting the Vanderlande North America focused on Airports.

      Position Summary: As Service Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple customer service contracts within the North America Airport Services business. You are the sparring partner of our customers with the goal to improve our customer's performance and competitive position. You ensure we identify and generate new opportunities beneficial for both Vanderlande and our customers. You support site managers by providing them with training, procedures, and tools. You will be reporting to the Service Director for West USA.

      Preferred locations: Dallas, Texas; Los Angeles, California

      Tasks & Responsibilities

      • Implementing, managing, analyzing and optimizing service contracts in the West USA for Airport customers. This can be site-based contracts or remote service contracts.

      • Prepare and conduct tactical/quarterly meetings together with the Services site Manager.

      • Acting as the representative towards the client on tactical issues.

      • Work with Site Managers to drive Vanderlande High Performance Company culture that is based upon a belief in people and their dedication to customer success.

      • Support site managers in where to find training, process standards, and company regulations. Ensure adherence to company policy, customer policy, and government regulations

      • Be a driving force in improving Site based and remote services processes, including service quality.

      • Initiate procurement of external suppliers needed to execute the contracts.

      • Support sales in acquisition of new customers and implementation of new service contracts.

      • Responsible for preparing contract renewals, addenda and indexations.

      • Together with the site managers and service director identify, generate and sell new opportunities based on the full scope of our service products at our current customer base.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

      • 10+ years of relevant working experience (preferably in airports and/or logistics).

      • Willingness to travel up to 50%

      • Must be able to attain and sustain an Airport I.D. Badge and U.S. Customs Seal.

      This is a full-time, exempt position, eligible to receive a salary rate and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. The salary range listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

      Salary range: $125,000.00 – $130,000.00
