      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide IT support for technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems
      - Monitor and support Azure Backups and manage cloud services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
      - Offer basic technical support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity
      - Document changes and updates to client environments and communicate with clients regarding incident progress
      - Ensure quick resolution of client requests through effective routing and escalation of service requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS, or two years of IT or related experience
      - CompTIA Security+ Certification
      - Open to any shift, on-call rotations, and potential weekend work to support a 24/7 operation
      - Proficient in Office 365 and Windows 10/11 Administration
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Network+ Certification
      - Familiarity with ConnectWise and Kaseya
      - Experience with Windows Server Administration
      - Knowledge of virtualization technologies, primarily Microsoft and VMware
      - Understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP and firewalls
