      The Role

      As Fisher & Paykel Appliances moves into a new phase of its history, global demand for both our appliances and technology is growing. To gain momentum as a global player leading innovation in the appliances market, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team.

      As the first point of contact for all IT related issues, you'll be required to provide high quality first level support by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving IT incidents and Service Requests. As always, standard operating procedures will need to be followed to ensure the timely and correct resolution or escalation of all IT related matters. There will be a variety of requests, but through it all you be expected to provide excellent customer service to internal customers and users across the business.

      There will be various queries and issues with the organisation's computer systems, PC's, networks, telephony systems and mobile devices via Phone, E-mail and chat queues.

      So, who are you?

      We are looking for a highly collaborative, driven professional who has previous experience in a similar IT support environment or a strong customer service background. An associate degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and/or IT would be ideal.
