      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Log calls, emails, or web inquiries into a ticket management system
      - Provide basic level troubleshooting and escalate tickets when necessary
      - Update and maintain issues knowledge base
      - Identify trends or patterns in reported issues
      - Assist in reproducing issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree OR 1-3 years of information technology experience
      - Experience with Azure DevOps and Salesforce/AZCARES is a plus
      - 3+ years of experience with Child Support process, policies, and case management systems
      - Successful background and reference check
      - Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in participating in Grooming and/or User Acceptance Testing
      - Knowledge of DevOps/software development tools and Help Desk ticketing systems
