What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee service desk operations to ensure high-quality support for end users while managing network administration and troubleshooting access issues
- Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring smooth transitions and access to necessary IT resources
- Support remote employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and access
- Interface with global IT asset vendors to procure and manage hardware and software inventory
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in an IT support role or similar position
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with end users
- Proficiency in administering and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related IT infrastructure services
- Experience with service desk operations and IT asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, FreshService, Jira Service Management)
- Demonstrated experience in managing and administering directory platforms (e.g., Azure Active Directory, Okta)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with endpoint management solutions such as JAMF, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
