What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service and advanced troubleshooting support on company software and computer hardware
- Handle inbound IT service desk incidents/requests and escalate issues as necessary to achieve resolution
- Diagnose and resolve issues for stores, including printer and POS solutions support
- Drive customer satisfaction scores by ensuring effective ticket resolution and alignment with established KPIs and SLAs
- Contribute to support documentation and participate in End User Training for new analysts within the ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in customer service within an IT support center environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide professional support for a variety of issues
- Technical troubleshooting abilities and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to communicate effectively, cooperatively, and persuasively
- Experience in creating support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Familiarity with monitoring critical network portals
