      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for issues and service requests from network partners and colleagues
      - Record and track incoming incidents and requests to the service desk
      - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for customers
      - Provision accounts, assign group memberships, and reset passwords for applications
      - Communicate with customers to keep them informed of progress throughout the issue resolution process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or associate degree in information systems with two years of related work experience
      - Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 or MacOS
      - Experience with MS Office and other business productivity software
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience providing customer service support for Windows workstations
      - Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows workstations
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting and upgrading various PC components
