What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end user desktop application issues
- Support end users in the use of various applications such as Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, VPN, Citrix, and MDM
- Provide timely resolution of problems or escalate on behalf of the customer
- Properly document tickets and escalate complex issues
- Monitor and follow up on tickets in the ITSM platform
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for remote IT support
- Perform account management and maintenance for various applications and systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree preferred, or technical training
- 1-2 years of experience in a IT Service desk/Call Center environment
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, databases, and network security concepts and tools
- Experience with multi-platform Windows operating systems
- Experience using ITSM Ticketing tools such as Service Now or Remedy
- A+ certification preferred
- Strong written and oral English language skills
- Proficiency in access management and basic PC hardware knowledge
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM while engaged in conversation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- Familiarity with ITIL and other methodologies
- Basic knowledge of networking, telecom VOIP, and access management
