- Provide general business management and project management support in divisional and cross-divisional initiatives
- Proactively looking to streamline processes and promote initiatives to improve both client experience and remove internal deficiencies
- Provide general support to Relationship Managers and CSE’s in their day-to-day responsibilities, liaising with Operations, Lending and other teams where required. This will include, new portfolio setup, portfolio pricing setup, account activity monitoring, payments and asset transfers processing, Lombard loan processing, and account closure management
- Support any department initiatives as required beyond the day-to-day function
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
- Experience in Financial Services, preferably in Private Banking/Wealth Management
- Good understanding of Wealth Management products, services and regulatory environment
- Excellent organisational skills with previous business management and project management experience
- Excellent communicator with a high degree of professionalism, ownership, and accountability

The Service Executive Team (SET) acts as centre of excellence for all account management functions in support of the Front Office to meet the clients’ needs.
You will be supporting the Private Banking business in its initiatives and day-to-day management, supporting Relationship Managers (RM) and Client Service Executives (CSE) in the day-to-day management of their clients throughout the relationship lifecycle.
