What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between the employer and its clients
- Coordinate communications between functional areas or departments and clients to meet service offerings specifications
- Identify service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and communicate needs for timely implementation
- Maintain records of expenditures to ensure budget compliance and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of experience in service delivery management, SLA management, or IT service management
- Strong understanding of service levels configured within ServiceNow SLA Tables and proficiency in SLA management tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the employer's service offerings and industry sectors, especially healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid-related services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Proficiency in using reporting tools like Jira
