      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and manage ITIL processes within Jira and Zendesk environments
      - Streamline ticket intake and escalation for incident management
      - Evaluate, install, and configure third-party plugins to enhance platform functionality
      - Lead service management projects and coordinate with various teams
      - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in computer science or equivalent experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Jira Cloud and Zendesk administration
      - Strong working knowledge of ITIL 4 (Certification preferred)
      - Advanced troubleshooting skills for service management platforms
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) for advanced reporting
      - Familiarity with API-based integrations between SaaS tools
      - Proven ability to provide technical guidance and training to less-experienced team members
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead smaller projects
      - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities under pressure
