**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinating service requests, and maintaining service levels for timely efficiency
- Handle Accounts Payable vouchers, verifying invoices, and ensuring accurate payment processing
- Record financial transactions, analyze costs, and maintain accurate financial records related to managed services contracts
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline service processes and improve efficiency
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex service issues and customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including creating presentations, documents, and spreadsheets with macros
- Working knowledge of process improvement requirements and operational procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express oneself clearly and professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document activities and manage priorities effectively
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in service operations or a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with financial transaction recording and analysis in a service-oriented context
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs for operational efficiency
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams
