  We're looking for a Service Project Manager to lead field service projects, support customers, and drive successful project delivery across HVAC systems.
  What You'll Do
  
  • Lead service projects from execution through warranty phase
  • Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring a high level of service
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability
  • Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams
  • Handle change orders, subcontractors, and project documentation
  What You Bring
  
  • 5+ years managing HVAC or technical projects
  • Strong project management + customer-facing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of project financials (P&L, cost tracking)
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
