      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate plumbing service technician dispatch, including scheduling jobs and confirming technician availability
      - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and written correspondence
      - Learn and utilize company software for customer invoicing and job details
      - Interact and liaise with national business partners to maintain high service standards
      - Complete company-provided online product and service training within the first week

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of plumbing dispatch and coordination experience
      - At least 2 years of customer success experience
      - Ability to schedule installations and prepare installers for the scope of work
      - Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
      - Must pass a pre-employment background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-4 years of customer success experience preferred
      - 1 year of experience with startups preferred
      - Demonstrated passion for helping customers and working with cutting-edge technology
