We are on the journey of forming the new motors and large drives company Innomotics and are therefore looking for a Serviceability Manager (w/m/d) für MV-Drives to join our team. Under this name, Siemens is combining its business activities in the areas of low- to high-voltage motors, geared motors, medium-voltage converters and motor spindles. You define the service-relevant requirements for our products and support their implementation In addition, you are responsible for the creation of product-specific service concepts and the regional service delivery specifications Furthermore, you support the product manager in all service-relevant aspects within the PLM process You define and formulate the future direction of service innovations and proactively drive them forward You will work through defined escalations independently, initiate or participate in 8D reports and prepare special investigation reports (within the scope of an RCA) You are responsible for technical analyses and clarification of failure causes The support during malfunction operations by field service missions is also part of your area of responsibility Equally, you will be responsible for the commissioning of challenging projects (e.g., pilot projects for product launches) Your profile. A successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable (e.g., power engineering, mechatronics with a focus on electrical engineering, etc.) serves as the basis for your success Based on this, you have relevant, long-term experience in technical service or in the commissioning of drive technology Relevant industry knowledge (minerals, marine, oil & gas) is a further advantage In addition, you have a good knowledge of control and optimization methods in drive technology and power electronics. You also have good knowledge of automation and communication technology as well as of the industry technology of the assigned customers You enjoy working in an international environment, for which you are willing to travel internationally Very good knowledge of English and German (written and spoken) rounds off your profile Do you want to shape the future of Innomotics with us?
