Skills and Responsibilities:
• Good years of experience in ITSM Area with minimum of good years in Servicenow
•Implementation experience of ServiceNow platform that includes the following –
i.ITSM
ii.Now Platform Features
iii.ITOM & SAM
iv.SPM
v.GRC & BCM
vi.SecOps
vii.Custom Applications build and maintain
•Integration Expertise with REST , SOAP and other custom integration methods using Orchestration or Integration Hub.
•Any Exposure in managing and setup of Configuration Management using Servicenow Discovery , SCCM
•Good Exposure in Client Communications and Requirement Gathering.
•Experience with Servicenow Version Upgrade
•Experience with Servicenow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
•Able to Create High Level Design Document
•Able to identify areas of concern and mark areas of improvement within customers Servicenow landscape.
•Experienced and comfortable in Agile Methods / Way of working.
•Understanding of broad er spectrum of ServiceNow capabilities
•Keeping Aware with Latest upcoming Technology advancements in Servicenow and able to propose the same to customer.
•Experience with third party integration, ebondings
•ServiceNow scripting knowledge is also required.
•Experience in Cloud and Automation is a good to have.
