      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure
      - Maintain a pipeline of 3x quota target while meeting assigned sales targets
      - Articulate the value of ServiceNow adoption by understanding client business drivers and challenges
      - Build strong relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders through meetings and presentations
      - Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth project handoff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling consulting services
      - Proven ability to position implementation services in critical IT environments
      - Strong communication and presentation skills for building trust with clients
      - Proactive, highly motivated, and excellent negotiation skills
      - Experience in client relationship management and lead generation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - ServiceNow certifications are preferred
      - Experience working in complex, globally distributed environments
