What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline of 3x quota target
- Understand business drivers and challenges to articulate the value of ServiceNow adoption
- Collaborate with internal departments for proposal preparation and project handoff
- Provide timely and accurate information to management regarding forecasts and territory plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling consulting services
- Ability to position implementation services in IT environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel 25-50% as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow certifications preferred
- Experience with other SaaS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Atlassian
