What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the setup of OneSource Virtual services within the Workday tenant and security framework
- Collaborate with team members to understand Services implementation methodology
- Identify and escalate issues to ensure successful customer transitions
- Review assigned cases to provide resolutions for customers and internal users
- Support special projects and assist with testing and documentation of service offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (MIS, CS, HR)
- 0-2+ years of technical experience in HR, Payroll, or HRIS
- Working knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Human Resources, Benefits, or Payroll
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday is highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
