      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a territory-based book of existing customers to drive on-time renewal of service contracts
      - Generate and deliver renewal quotes, including options for multi-year agreements and premium support tiers
      - Conduct proactive outreach to customers regarding service expirations and educate them on service coverage importance
      - Collaborate with Account Executives and Field Service Engineers to align renewal activities with customer engagement plans
      - Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce, including renewal pipeline and customer communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering, or business (or equivalent practical experience)
      - 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, renewals, or other customer-facing roles
      - Strong communication, follow-up, and customer engagement skills
      - Ability to collaborate effectively with field sales, service, and operations teams
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple renewals and timelines simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience selling laboratory services
      - Familiarity with genomics, molecular biology, or NGS workflows
      - Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
