      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize child welfare practice skills to protect children from abuse and neglect
      - Collaborate with families and legal systems to achieve reunification or alternative permanent living arrangements
      - Participate in a nine-week pre-service training program covering both classroom and field training
      - Conduct assessments and provide casework services to socially and economically disadvantaged individuals
      - Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant human services field
      - Minimum of one year of professional experience in casework services for Services Specialist 10 level
      - Two years of relevant experience for Services Specialist P11 level, including one year at the Services Specialist 10 level
      - Three years of relevant experience for Services Specialist 12 level, including one year at the Services Specialist P11 level
      - Valid driver's license and successful completion of a background investigation

      - Experience working in child welfare or foster care
      - Knowledge of recruitment and retention strategies for foster parents
      - Familiarity with local community resources and services
      - Skills in conflict resolution and collaboration in diverse settings
      - Previous experience with case management software or systems
