What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate order management by processing order intake and inputting data into internal systems
- Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries and resolve complaints through effective communication
- Broaden technical knowledge to execute policies and strategies related to order management
- Utilize good interpersonal skills to develop strong customer relationships and explain technical information
- Make decisions within established frameworks and consult senior team members for complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Business/Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Procurement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
