What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process mortgage loans accurately and efficiently from application to funding
- Order and review verification documents, including insurance and title work
- Calculate various types of self-employed income as needed
- Manage workflow to ensure timely closings and meet monthly unit goals
- Communicate effectively with borrowers, operations staff, and other stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Junior Mortgage Processing is a plus
- Knowledge of TRID regulations is beneficial
- Familiarity with Empower LOS and SalesForce is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and customer service abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA underwriting guidelines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing workload
- Strong computer and technology skills
