      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches
      - Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers
      - Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not commit
      - Engage in question-led discovery dialogue to identify customer needs and urgency for offers
      - Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets consistently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high ticket sales
      - Effective communication and presentation skills
      - Self-starter with a strong drive for success
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in phone/Zoom sales
      - Competitive individual with a strong understanding that sales is a numbers game
      - Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to bring positivity to the team
      - Highly coachable and disciplined with a strategic approach to the sales process
      - Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment
