What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily call center operations, manage call volume and routing, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Oversee and train offshore call center team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop KPIs to track performance indicators such as average handle time and customer satisfaction
- Collect and analyze call center data to create reports and identify trends for upper management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to align call center operations with business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing high-volume call centers with workforce management experience
- Excellent understanding of technology and software applications relevant to call center operations
- Advanced customer service skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
