      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      • Strive to create and maintain an injury free workplace
      • Responsible for the Loss Prevention Standard
      • The SHEQ Manager has the responsibility to ensure the safety of employees and visitors within the scope of their functional duties, to conduct business in a manner that will always protect the environment and will strive to deliver verifiable performance to all stakeholder expectations.
      • Support Management in IMS and SHEQ issues
      • Implement Epiroc and Division Guidelines
      • Implement, maintain and develop IMS (incl. certification according to ISO 45001, and the OH&S Management).
      • Support Management group to have up to date policies and targets in line with Group and Division
      • Implement and follow up on targets, plans and actions.
      • Safeguard continuous SHEQ performance improvements.
      • SHEQ development and activities
      • Internal audits; division and local
      • Safety, Health and Environmental reporting and follow up.
      • SharePoint documentation and support
      • Training and communication
      • Participate in Division IMS and SHEQ forum.
      • Management representative for ISO 45001
      • GPS reporting responsibility
      • Facilitates worker involvement in all aspects of the Epiroc Drilling Tools LLC Occupational Health and Safety Management.
      • Ensures that the Safety, Health, and Environment protocol is documented, communicated, and understood at all levels within the organization. This includes the assignment of roles, responsibilities, and authorities within USI to comply with ISO 45001:2018 principles and standards.
      • Is responsible for reporting on the performance of the SHEQ management to top management.
      • Coordinates internal ISO and other audits and verifies effective corrective actions.
      • Presents the annual Management review.
      • Publishes the Objectives of responsible locations and reports the status of performance to KPI’s.

      KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

      • BS or 4 year degree
      • Knowledge of ISO and OSHA standards

      EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

      • Minimum five years related experience.
