What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage gift orders, dining requests, shore excursions, and onboard services for guests
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with guests and travel advisors
- Respond to inquiries from shipboard staff and ensure timely communication
- Assist accessible guests with planning shore excursions while adhering to ADA laws
- Maintain and update product inventory and assist with reservations in booking systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in POLAR booking system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience in the travel or hospitality sector
- Familiarity with Holland America and Seabourn lines
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to multitask under time constraints
