      La Responsabilità del ruolo ricomprende la corretta gestione di tutte le attività amministrative che sottendono all’entrata ed all’uscita della merce destinata al amercato Italiano ed Estero

      Attivita’:

      • Gestione flusso autisti
      o controllo documentazione, verifica corrispondenza tra ordini, documenti di trasporto e bolle, assegnazione della baia di carico o fatturazione ordini estero
      o creazione documentazione per trasporti UE ed extra UE (EAD, bolla doganale, codice di svincolo, CMR)
      o creazione documentazione trasporti nazionali (XABD)
      o consegna della documentazione per l’uscita dallo stabilimento (tagliando pesa, sigillo, picking list, bolle di trasporto)
      o predisposizione VGM (verifica peso container) per le pratiche di imbarco
      • Predisposizione certificazioni ordini per l’esportazione (certificati laboratorio esterno, specifiche tecniche del prodotto, certificati ASL, certificati di origine rilasciati dalla CCIAA)
      • Gestione spedizioni a mezzo UPS
