      Job Description:

      As a Shipping Growth Executive eCommerce within our Digital Shipping Solutions team, you’ll be focused on acquiring new mid-market eCommerce customers for our ShipAccel platform. We are looking for someone with relevant experience who is excited to execute the go-to-market strategy for our fast-growing software business unit. In this role you will be hunting for new and managing existing key client relationships with a focus on expansion selling within existing accounts outside of the existing contract renewal window. A successful Shipping Growth Executive eCommerce will be a consultative sales professional who can close business in any environment (virtual, in person, over the phone), you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead to contract renewal. The Base Salary for this position is $65000-$80000 with an OTE of $130000 - $180000 annually.

      Y ou will:

      • Own the full sales cycle (i.e., from lead generation to closing) f or ShipAccel prospects/ clients , with a focus on generating new business with in the mid-market eCommerce s pace ( companies with $30-350M of annual revenue)

      • Use a customer-focused, consultative sales approach to educate prospect ive clients on which of our products or services will best fit their needs

      • Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships across a wide array of prospects and c lients

      • Work with our I nside S ales Representatives to prospect and generat e leads to build a strong pipeline of future clients

      • Become an industry expert in eCommerce for global and domestic logistics , a s well as a product expert who can identify and resolve inefficiencies and pain points in c lient workflows

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our software products and identify new opportunities for company growth based on c lient feedback

      • Think critically about sales data to recommend new and scalable strategies

      • Build relationships with decision-makers at all levels across a diverse set of industries

      • Record all activities in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management and perform various administrative duties as needed

      • Conduct face-to-face meetings virtually or in person when available / required

      • Complete other duties as assigned

      Your background:

      • 3+ years in B2B sales

      • Strong understanding and prior experience with shipping logistics , e-commerce, and/or B2B SaaS products

      • Succ essfully clo sed business over the phone or in virtual meetings

      • A clear track record of closing new business and exceeding sales quotas

      • C omfort with ambiguity, agil ity in your ways of working, and a willing ness to adapt based on new information

      • A love to win, build high-performing teams, and operate with intensity and integrity

      • U se d consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and promote services

      • S trong communication and relationship-building skills

      • The ability to travel for Client meetings
