      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer daily operations of pharmacy benefits for SHP customers
      - Collaborate with Pharmacy Director, Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, and Operations Manager for accurate benefit administration
      - Monitor and analyze performance of pharmacy benefits and communicate issues to relevant areas
      - Ensure compliance with federal programs and notify management of any exclusions
      - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
      - Five years of experience as a pharmacy technician with knowledge of electronic pharmacy claims processing
      - Demonstrated proficiency in customer service skills
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
      - Must not have been excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration
      - One year of experience in a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or insurance industry
