      Supplier Integration (SI) Market Manager – America

      Are you looking for a new role within a fast-paced, customer focused, global travel services organization? One where you are accountable for supporting a regional strategy to deliver on our business growth targets?

      Responsibilities:

      • Optimize availability, pricing and inventory with hotel partners

      • Identify gaps in hotel production,

      • Proactively engage with hotels and their Revenue team highlighting to remedy issues & seize opportunities

      • Work with hotels connected via Supplier Integration using negotiated Global rate plan codes.

      • Identify non-producing hotels and provide options to increase room nights and revenue.

      • Use business intelligence and reporting to review hotel performance, competitiveness, availability.

      • Develop and maintain hotel relationship by scheduling reoccurring call.

      • Become the knowledge expert for Global and Regional Chains and work closely with the Key Account Managers

      Requirements:

      • Prior experience in a similar role focused on hotel commercial & connectivity optimization.

      • On-line Travel agency background would be an advantage.

      • Strong attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.

      • High levels of drive and resilience, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

      • Commercial mindset with ability to understand and analyze data/information.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication,

      • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, excel).

      • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
