What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, and deploy Silect Grafana Dashboards specifically for SCOM environments
- Develop customized dashboards to monitor service levels, system uptime, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards
- Optimize existing monitoring setups and ensure data accuracy and dashboard responsiveness
- Provide technical expertise and best practices in the use of Silect and SCOM integration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience working with Silect Grafana Dashboards for SCOM
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
- Strong understanding of service level management and uptime monitoring
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience delivering client-facing professional services projects, ideally in the 80-120 hour range
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with other observability and monitoring tools
- Previous experience working in or with professional services firms
