      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Drive sales by engaging with leads and closing sales through various communication channels
      - Ensure operational excellence by accurately managing order documents and CRM reports
      - Represent the employer at trade shows, delivering product demonstrations and capturing leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of high-performance sales experience with a proven track record
      - Solid foundational knowledge of firearms, with advanced expertise strongly preferred
      - Ability to travel 10% of the time
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft applications
