      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
      - Educate customers on products and the ATF application process, delivering tailored recommendations
      - Engage with leads and close sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Maintain high productivity levels while managing CRM reports and sales activities
      - Represent the employer at trade shows, providing product demonstrations and capturing leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of high-performance sales experience with a proven track record
      - Solid foundational knowledge of firearms; advanced expertise strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to maintain production standards and meet sales goals
      - Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft applications
