      Qualifications

      Education Qualification

      • Bachelor In (Mechanical/Mechatronics / Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics/IT) Engineering

      Professional Exposure

      • 10+ years of core manufacturing experiences in the automotive industry in the relevant field
      • 7+ years of Process Simulation, Discrete Event simulation and Virtual Commissioning experiences in Auto industry or OEM's.

      Leadership Skills

      • Stay up to date on technological advancements.
      • Strong social and communicative skills
      • Keen sensibility and strong research skills
      • Ability to work in a team and closely with other professionals.
      • Team Player having good Communication & Coordination Skills,
      • Ability to work in a goal-driven environment with wholehearted dedication and consistency in the efforts and results.

      Functional / Technical Skills

      • Proficiency with Siemens Process Simulate, Mechatronic concept designer, Plant SIM, Siemens SIMIT, VRC Manager,840 DSL Controller
      • Familiarity with 3D CAD design software such as CATIA, NX CAD
      • Familiarity to use at least one programming language (C#, C++, Python, etc.) to automate the manual simulation processes.
      • Prior experience with utilizing software APIs will be advantange
      • Familiarity with PLC controllers like Siemens, & Allen-Bradley
      • Familiarity with ABB, Kawasaki, Kuka and Fanuc robot programming.

      & robotics simulation software.

      Responsibilities

      Responsibilities

      • Lead a team of Highly Expertise Simulation Engineers, responsible for developing method / standards / delivery of simulations in manufacturing facilities, Oversee the design, development, testing and deployment.
      • Work closely with external equipment integrators and internal Ford team to bring components from initial design, through prototype development and finally into full simulation
      • Research and evaluate new technologies, tools and frameworks for Simulation, Virtual Commissioning, and digital twin communication, such as sensors, connectivity, platforms, data acquisition and data historians.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Simulation into existing manufacturing operations.
      • Develop and implement innovative methods for Simulation to enhance efficiency and productivity.

      Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders
