      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary liaison for investigators relying on external sIRBs and oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
      - Conduct reviews of applications for participating sites to ensure all institutional requirements are met
      - Coordinate the review and negotiation of individual study reliance agreements with external sIRBs
      - Communicate policies and requirements to external sIRBs and review model consent forms for compliance
      - Participate in the development and implementation of educational workshops for the research community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required; experience may substitute for degree
      - At least 5-7 years of experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs
      - Ability to obtain IRB professional (CIP) certification within 2 years of hire
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
      - Strong understanding of federal regulations related to clinical research compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs preferred
      - High degree of computer literacy and analytical skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
